About Trinity Lakes

Situated just eleven miles to the east of Nottingham and hidden well off the beaten track is a picturesque fly-fishing location that few ever realise exists. Trinity lakes offer idyllic and tranquil surroundings in the form of two lakes (9 & 12 acres) of truly excellent water that remains clear throughout the year.

Beautifully landscaped with bank fishing access carefully managed to provide sport for both novice and experienced fly casters. Easy access to every part of the water makes Trinity Lakes ideal as a retreat for anyone wanting to enjoy their pastime without ever feeling crowded.

Trout are extensively stocked throughout the season and with exceptional water clarity and an abundance of natural food, the fitness our fish always remains top quality so expect a terrific fight every time.

A friendly atmosphere exists amongst the members with plenty of help on hand for new comers to the sport. Our resident APGAI instructor Andy Smith runs regular “Improver Days” during the season for further help and advise.

Trinity Lakes is a membership only water. No day tickets are issued other than for member’s guests. Our trout fishing season runs from the 1st of February to the 30th November..
